Thanks, this track has jus picked up some bare "HATE" on another Garage site.... so I'm glad u think otherwise.

The MC's called Licks, he's an unknown as I am...

We were gonna lose him 4 the verses n use another guy called Scandalous. U may have heard him on some of AC Burrell's earlier stuff @ Pure Silk.

I get the feelin that most peeps are scared to comment on this 1 because of the "out of scene"intro.

I'll a Jungle luver from the old days, so I wanna go further with that "crude" sound!

PS Sorry I didn't get back on your other tunes, I'm doing that next!

Anyone else wanna chech this tune out???

dis is heavy! im also an old junglist so the intro was ok to me
the mc is good and the vocal-post-production is great, but in some parts, i think, there is too much delay/reverb.
nice sounds overally! big up!

Thanks!

Im gettin a mixed response, those in Jungle favor luv it... so cheers mr!

I know what you mean about the delay/reverb, we ran out of time in the studio, I'll admit the intro's a bit messy on the fx sends as a result...

MR Frampster, no worries, I know this track isn't everyone's cup of tea, thanks 4 tha big up!

Anyone else checked out this Dub?

I think this is ok. i was lookin to hear somma ur oldskool.

the vocal is like some cheese "on the phone" type pop tune. Im not keen on the cheesy hook "its cool like that", its like trying to be too like US 1991 rap. I hate garage-rapping.

The tune is a lil flat without the lead in it. Sounds like typical 2002 stuff, but a lil bit more intelligent.

the reverb was ok. gave it a jungley feel. the MCing seemed to be the focus of the tune tho.

not my thing.

Thanks 4 ure comments on this, the MC wasn't someone who churned out lyrics over Garage, but more as u say 91 - present rap.

We mixed the Hip-hop Mc'in with the 2002 dub track as a twist...

The hook "It's Cool Like That" was different at one point, but it had to be changed to make it more mainstream (mainstream=cheese sometimes)

The verse rap's r gonna to be taken out though as a result of most comments, I wondering now whether 2 put a male vocal in there instead to create a bigger focal point to interest

We've got another MC lined up to knock out some chats over the verses also... I'll post the changes next month, thanks for all your comments!
