It's like Decoy without the talent.

Daveyg.. you obviously know how to thread together a tune, concentrate on developing your own style rather than imitating others.

Big up Mistic Ad, championing the best in upfront UKG and full frontal lobotomies.

cheers for the comment, i agree, the beats are similar to decoy, but this has breaks and more bass changes, it wasn't a decoy mimic, just sounded good with the drum samples i used

Sorry to hijack your thread daveyg.

"RIP AS IN ur graffiti talents"

What? Did you attempt to form a comprehensible sentence before you threw those words together?

As someone whose avatar appears to say "DJ Mistic Ad U $$$$" I'd be keeping my mouth shut.

The song is rowdy, trust me......similarities to Decoy are minimal, your tune is rowdy. I love the way it kicks in. trust me.

All the levels are right and the structure and blend of everyything is jiggy.

Lets hope u sell a bit

How r u releasing ur record white label or are you with someone??

yes soundboy, cheers for the feedback bruv!
i think that the agent-xesque style is minimal, but some people cant hear past it!
gonna take it round a few shops next week hopefully, i am getting the t.p's on monday i think, so i will have to wait and see.
gonna stick about 50-60 copies out on white, and send some to ez/lamont/fj/faz/hlc/payg/luck/norris etc. all the big boys, and see what happens.
also gonna send some off to distribution companies, only a one-sided promo at the moment, but if there is any interest, i may keep this as the dub and stick either a 4/4 or vocal remix on the flip.
it is called CALAMITY by myself DAVEY-G, and i will be showcasing it in magalluf throughout the summer.
Cheers for the reply bruv, and look out for it over the next month.

Cheers

Dave
