listened to the first track, and those vocal snips in the intro when u just have the kick are irritatin but when the rest of the beat comes in they seem to roll along nicer. the b down is pretty funky. those vocal cuts in there are hot, altho theres not much focus to the organ, seems to bobble around a bit. drop comes from no where a bit, need to build up the drop more with snares and kicks not just hi's. bass sample sounds quite good and fits nicely. transition back to the intro vocals doesnt sound great. maybe u could layer them both. all honest opinions but its good. effects work well at 1 55, need more throughout the track.

the second track is good. the b down is really good and the vocals are nicely engineered. again i think the drop takes me slightly by surprise. altho that drop is heavy. perhaps a pause of everything bar one or two channels for a split second just before the bass comes in would work. that bass is tasty. post up more.

peace

1st Track

I quite like the vocal stabs at the beginning of the track, it gives it the true 1997 2step feel, the drop is ok, because it works, you can however make it more potent if wish. I like the vocals alot the, the bassline is perfect for this type of track, nice, smooth and bubbly.
Hey bruv, this track bouces along very nicely, and i'm sure Matt Jam, Karl or Z, will drop this when it's finished.
I'm a fan of the breakbeat sound, so this tune must really be good, to grow on me, and I tell you what the girls will love it big it up.

7/10

2nd Track

Intro has nice 4 floor solid kick, followed by an atmospheric pad, and some nice vocal stabs. The tune then breaks down into the main vocal roll out, I love it at this point, the flute type sound in the background is doing it for me. The vocals in the main roll out I just love, the bassline once again is on point and can't be faulted. The only thing you can do is make the drop more potent if you wish.

8/10

Both tracks are very good, and they seem the ame quality. I would say track 2, was made in reason, only because I rarely hear long vocals, made on fruity tracks. Apart from that I really couldn't tell them apart, their both good.
You definetely got a good style mate so keep working on it.
The only advice I would give is make, your drops more special, their ok but they need a bit more presence.

Peace Dj Silo a.k.a Breaker

thanks for the feedback..

SILO - the first track is made on reason, the 2nd on fruity... and the 2nd track only took 2 hours to do the actual music!!

ive changed the 1st tune now, so the break stands out more, and the drop comes in a lot better...
