Heavy track once again.

1st clip:

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! (aint said that in AGES actually)

OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!

I TOLD U EDDIE, ALL IT NEEDS TO DO IS SIMPLY CLICK WITH ME AND THIS IS CLICKING!

ITS THE RHODES AND BASS (as usual with me) that does it.

Even tho I prolly have that GNelson rhode sample too :P

Yeah man, suttin about - na, not suttin - specifically, the rhode and bass make it sound like its comin outta 1997/8. Man, I cant wait to get a new PC and til all my cousework dies down.

I like the drop where the break locks and rhode starts rolling. That bit sounded soo oldskoolesque illy:

Ah come now, its time we made up a new name for pulse x stuff cos stuff like this is blatantly a diff genre of music.

anyway, u can tell I like it. One tip before u fin: make bass more defined without puttin in too many notes - its like it was there for a sec then disappeared. it needs to be THERE but not OVERTAKE. less is more but have SOMETHING there. and other contradictions - u balance it out and show me the fin product

Love the bumpiness of this track in general.

Would like the vocals to be a bit less upfront - more filtered, you know?

I know RealPlayer sound quality is $$$$e, but it sounds like there's too much stuff in the midrange of the EQ. i.e. the vox/keys/snare

Some of it gets quite busy.

All in all a great vibe!

I like the second clip better already...a little less in yer face but still very very bumpy - it's all about the muted chords - much nicer than those in the first mix.

The beat is still nice and skippy...love the claps

Watch the tuning on the "Goes" sample. It's off key. and not in a way that is interesting (to me) anyway. Leaves the mix a little flat.

Better than the 1st clip, which is saying something, because the first one is very good.

Like the minimal nature - could use a few more elements - some plonky key lead line wouldn't be out of place or some muted horn hits.

WHOA just got to the breakdown and LOVE it niceness.

Keep up the great work!

Ya know i l ike this one phuture mate, very nice indeed.. Just herd the old mix just now, i think i prefer the old one as it goes, even tho they are both decent... i prefer the rhodes on the old one , and also the vox sound less crwoded.. on the new one, they sound a little worn out thru the chopping, but the old version uses them just the right amount for me!!

Id defo buy this if i herd this !

A mute is something you put in the end of a brass instrument to take out some of the bassiness and emphasise the higher range, often used for solos and in garage tracks.

I pity you.
