Default Liberty X Original

Can be found HERE if you havent heard it. I think like 75% of remixes I heard on THIS board is better than that wanna-be R&B garbage.

Sheeeet, they should of hired Frankie for the orginal, and had all us remix it.

Just checked it out... what can I say, don't like it at all. I guess hearing it after we did our mixes was for the better coz a lot came out with their own slamming rendition not knowing how the original sounded. I agree, most of the mixes I had heard here on this board was way better than the original. I'm planning to tune in on Sunday 5am NYC time to hear the finalists. Good luck to all who took time to enter the competition. And BTW, big thanks for your comments on my mix Bionicbooty. I think your mix was better, more creative, and has more energy than mine.

5 AM NYC time, that's 4AM Chicago time....ummmm....Are you sure they're doing it this week. I at least wanna know what beat us - seeing as I've not been notified of anything, I'm guessing I'm out.

Yep, it was confirmed by Jo Roach. The finalists will be announced during the Dreem Teem's live set (?) at Radio1 starting 10am-1pm GMT/UK time. So that'll be around five in the morning here. He/she also said that they're gonna launch a special page where you could vote for your favorite mix. I'm very curious on who got chosen.

Well if it's any of us...there better be some good old-fashioned U.S.A.-stylee ballot stuffing going on.

We could always do a "write in" campaign for ukmusic.com submissions that were better - I think there were at least 3 or 4 from memory.
