Default How Do I Post Music??

How do you guys post your music via these websites?? how do i convert an Mp3 file to a real media file?? and after that, how do i get it on a website for free???

download real producer which can be found on www.real.com..once you have that installed on your pc record your set/tune through it...when u done save it and its saves as a real media file.

Then visit www.lycos.co.uk and redgister a name and get some free webspace then upload.

Thanks mate..

BUT..

I downloaded Real Producer, but everytime i try to convert the file i get an error message which causes the programme to shut down?? Do you know what the problem could be??

And, also, how the hell do i add the music clip to the website at lycos web builder?? call me stupid, but i just dont get it???
