Yeah im really feeling this old skool vibe, im not sure if the synthy bit is a bit too messy. I like the muted bouncy bassy and breakdown into the vocals but the drop doesnt hit me with anything. to be honest i wouldnt buy it. Nothing special but goof foundations.

boosted Registered User Join Date: Nov 2001 Posts: 185	Beats and b-line are nice. Vocal bits are filtered just right. The only thing I'd change a bit is the double-hits on the organ. I like the bouncing chords, but the doubled up hits are too high in the mix, and probably a bit much in general. Try taking them out completely and let the tune flow a bit more. Nice work !

DJ-Stylus Registered User Join Date: Nov 2001 Posts: 459	Cheers m8 - I was just trying something different with the chords rather then just using a predictable sequence. Gonna simplify the chords a bit and bring some pianos and brass instruments into it to give it a sorta bouncy jazz kinda sound
