nice beats, nice chordes - bass is $$$$! thats some rezzy techno bass and most of its mid range anyway. I'd rethink this if I was you

Make the techno bass or whatever it is, BASSY!

Other than that its good! Its got that little squeeky sound on the snare (or is the just me). I love that sound anyway, find it in alot of (jungle) breaks. Haven't got much to say because Im no way a pro and my only criticism is whats alreaddy been said. Stylus sums it up for me.

nice smooth filter to the breakdown. The bass needs some sub to it...maybe make a proper sinebass for the main bline and use the rez bass up an octave or a fifth/seventh to give it a more garage-feel.

The beats are cool...kinda blunted tho...the shakers take the top over.

Snap that snare out of the mix - let me feel that!

The breakdowns are sweet.

Feelin it m8. The vocal samples could be a little more prominent, and the breakdowns might be a little too close together, but I dig....my kind of $$$$...Also, the drum kick at the 3:37.5 mark comes in about 1/10 of a second too soon, but maybe you were going for a quick in effect. As usual per my comments, 4:23 is too short for a full length track. Longer track = more versatility; the people who want to mix in and out quickly can do that, people who want to blend more, layer, or run acapellas can do that....

Oh, and as far as the bassline goes, I think it works well. If someone can't pitch out both the bass and the mids if they want to blend, that's their problem. It's nice to have some mid-bass tracks here and there so you can run basslines over one another...

nice little roll out.. the bass sounds good, kinda shadowboxing style.

really like your production TL, beats are always hot (little think break stabs in there) and love those hardcore vibes!
