Julian Registered User Join Date: Aug 2002 Posts: 1	A&R man looking for new talent I work at Independiente Records as their A&R Manager and am currently looking for new urban talent. Independiente are the label which signed and looks after So Solid Crew, Asher D, Lisa Maffia and So Solid Beats. We also do one-off singles and work closely with a hip hop production team in Miami (called The Science Room) as well as releasing other types of music (house, indie, rock and experimental records). I'm looking for anything new and original sounding in hip hop, R'n'B, garage or drum 'n' bass.
