Out of the two souncards, get the Audigy. It's got much better technical specifications than the other one you've listed. I think the Audigy can record up to 24 bit/ 96khz, which seems to be the standard these days.

The only thing you have to watch out for is that the Audigy is a new soundcard and might not work properly without the latest drivers.
