The Michael Jackson Incident Pop star Michael Jackson is cleared of child abuse allegations with the jury finding the singer not guilty of all 10 charges. The case lasted four months and dominated media headlines everywhere. Jackson was accused of sexually abusing a 13-year-old boy, attempting to abduct the child's family, and plying children with alcohol. Outside the courthouse, screaming fans threw confetti and released doves at the news of the verdict.
