 Blazin' Squad release their fantastic new album Now Or Never on November 17 through eastwest Records. Now Or Never is the second album from the talented north-east London ten-piece, and includes the Top 3 single 'We Just Be Dreamin'' as well as the band's current single 'Flip Reverse', which is released on November 3. 'Flip Reverse' looks set to continue Blazin' Squad's impressive list of achievements and has already been added to playlists at Radio 1, Capital, Kiss, The Box and MTV.
Now Or Never is a deeper, more mature offering than Blazin' Squad's previous releases, and the new single 'Flip Reverse' offers a taste of things to come. "This new sound is more us," says Strider. "Our new album is more like the stuff we'd listen to," he says. "It's more mature and reflects how far we have come since we started," continues Flava. "We got to work with some American producers, and it's got a real hip hop sound."
In just twelve months Blazin' Squad have established themselves as one of the UK's most successful home-grown acts. In The Beginning, released to critical acclaim in 2002, included the smash hit No. 1 single 'Crossroads' and two further Top 10 singles, 'Love On The Line' and 'Reminisce'/'Where The Story Ends'. Blazin' Squad have graced the covers of countless magazines and built a notoriously fanatical fanbase that follows their every move. In May this year the band completed a sell-out UK tour, which saw them play 21 dates at 17 different venues around the country, showcasing the live sounds of Blazin' Squad. In March and April next year the band are set to take to the road again for a headline arena tour. The tour begins in Liverpool on March 23, and ends with a show at Wembley Arena in London on April 7.
