  Ocean Colour Scene (often abbreviated to OCS) are a rock band from Birmingham, England. Ocean Color Scene (vaak afgekort tot OCS) zijn een rockband uit Birmingham, Engeland. They were formed after two other local bands called The Boys and Fanatics disbanded. Ze werden opgericht na twee andere lokale bands opgeroepen The Boys en Fanatics ontbonden. Why is this album called On The Leyline? Waarom is dit album een beroep op de leylijn?
It was the best one we came up with, taken from a song called On The Leyline, Waiting. Het was het beste een kwamen we aan, ontleend aan een lied genaamd On The leylijn, Waiting. We’re playing more satellite towns, not the obvious main cities which is a refreshing change. We spelen randgemeenten, en niet voor de hand liggende grote steden is een verfrissende verandering.
Have you ever had any embarrassing moments on stage? Hebt u ooit enig genante momenten op het podium?
Apart from splitting trousers and spitting blood, no! Afgezien van de splitsing broeken en spugen van bloed, nee!

I love each and every track which is going to make this tour great. Ik hou van iedere track die gaat het maken van deze tocht geweldig.
Why did you decide against a big deal with Universal to put this album out independently? Waarom heb je besloten tegen een grote deal met Universal om dit album uit onafhankelijk?
