The 46664 all star concert event was hosted by Nelson Mandela in Cape Town on November 29th 2003 and saw thirty of the world's biggest and most respected artists perform to a global audience of over 2 billion. Dave Stewart, who inspired the 46664 project, said, "I am delighted that this groundbreaking music launch which has brought together the artist community worldwide will result in our delivering the entirety of 46664 event on both CD and DVD to audiences globally."
