'Not A Job' is taken from the universally acclaimed 'Cast of Thousands' and features new tracks, exclusive cover versions and visual surprises across the three formats. Elbow returned in 2003 following the success of their Mercury nominated debut LP, 'Asleep in the Back' with "Cast of Thousands', regarded by Uncut on it's release as "a frontrunner for finest album of 2003'. The preceding single, 'Fallen Angel', saw the band achieve their highest ever single placing and return to the Top of the Pops studio to bemuse the podium dancers. As with previous elbow single releases, a DVD release will feature Guy's photos from life on the road whilst the maxi CD version features the band's celebrated cover of Massive Attack's 'Teardrop', originally recorded for Radio One's Jo Whiley.
